The company Crust’Armor existed for nearly 50 years through three generations. It all began in 1950: Georges Couhadoux launches business EVOB. It slaughters and sells poultry, eggs and butter.
Then times change and consumer demand, while G.Couhadoux transforms its range in 1960 and offers dishes cooked with chicken, duck … New shift later, and headed for the sea with the manufacture of butter crustaceans, fish, and lobster bisque mainly.
The underwater adventure begins in 1965 with the creation of the / company Crust’Armor Couhadoux.
A few years later, in 1968 “there is a new kid” breakfast son (current director Jean-Claude Zariffa) joins the company and works with his grandparents.
JC Zariffa today is at the head of a well established and dynamic business specializing in canned luxuries. And, little by little, over the tides, it is Jeremy Zariffa who gets the rudder, his father having managed to transmit the spirit and taste of seafood products manufactured by the company for 50 years.
Crust’Armor is unique in offering a wide range of seafood products such as traditional fish soup from seaweed, but also rillettes, butters, soufflés, the Taramasalata and other sauces …
Crust’armor became a local company advanced its critical choices. Its products are recognized throughout France and even abroad. It meets all the requirements to meet the challenges of the XXI century “hanging your plow to a star and you will go far”
