Our Company
Sanmar Chile Sociedad Comercial Ltda was founded in 2000 with the main objective of marketing and importing seafood. On 2008 entered cuttlefish market and given the high demand, we decided to purchase a processing plant in San Antonio area. We process raw frozen products in it. Sanmar is currently supplying locally and exporting to markets such as China, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Spain, Taiwan, Philippines and others..

Objetives
Our main goal is to supply our customers with high quality and freshness. The product that is captured is processed the same day, which ensures a quality product in terms of freshness.
Our production capacity is 24 tons per day, which roughly translates into 500 tons metric of finished product per month. 25 years experience in the field of fisheries

Products:
The cuttlefish (Dosidicus gigas), giant squid found in almost all the Pacific coast in Chile, is extracted, processed, frozen and ready to deploy below the safest conditions.
All products are packed in blocks of 10 kg. and we pack 2 blocks of 10 kgs per sack (White sack).

FILLET:
Skin off. Thickness between 1-3 centimeters with both membranes.

TENTACLE:
Dance cut with sexual tentacles without the sucker, beak, nails and eyes. The sizes of the final product are between 0.8 to 2.5 kgs. depending the season.

CONE:

WINGS:
Skin on

NECK MEAT :
Clean with the soft bone (3 cuts) skin on. Weight between 200-800 grs.
