DIAS S.A. was founded in 1992 in Greece and through a series of acquisitions and consecutive investments became one of the leading and fully verticalized Groups in the Mediterranean Aquaculture in Europe. The most significant acquisitions are those of Neptunus S.A., Zoonomi S.A., Mare Nostrum S.A. and Merkos S.A. Since 2002 DIAS S.A. is also listed in the Athens Stock Exchange market.

Today the Group owns and operates the following business entities:
– 2 hatcheries
– 31 fish farming sites
– 8 modern packaging centers
– 2 distribution centers
– 1 fish-processing & standardization factory

Dias Group is amongst the 3 largest groups in the Mediterranean aquaculture industry. Three main business units are incorporated, namely the operation of fish-farming units, hatcheries and fish processing plant, and the main products are:
