About Li Chuan
Li Chuan is an established Singapore food manufacturer producing surimi paste and a variety of innovative surimi-based delectable with production plants in Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Our headquarter is located in Singapore. Besides producing finished-products for local market sales, the Singapore plant mainly focuses in top line growth with value added activities like product innovations, research in food sciences and technologies. It is the Center of Excellence for business development and the flagship for the company’s global strategic marketing efforts. We were recently awarded with Singapore SME 500 Company Award in 2009, SME 1000 Company Award in 2010, Food Safety Excellence Award 2011 presented by Agri-Food Veterinary Authority of Singapore, Successful Entrepreneur 2011 and SME1 Asia Awards in 2012 as testaments to our commitment to be the best in class.

Our main production plants, located in Vietnam, houses two 8,000 sqm manufacturing facilities with an annual capacity of 30,000 metric tonnes. In our relentless effort to provide affordable products for the consumers and achieving bottom line growth for the company, Li Chuan vertically integrated raw surimi processing into its operations. The raw surimi is directly supplied to our finished-product production lines. Our Vietnam plant is strategically located near sustainable fish resources along the extensive Vietnamese coastline.

Li Chuan products are exported worldwide, often far exceeding the highest quality standards of the food authorities in Asia, Europe and North America. Our processing plants are certified under Hazard Analysis Critical Control Plan (HACCP), European Union Standards and Certification (EU), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Halal. Apart, our Singapore plant achieved Grade A license grading by Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA).

We aspire to always excel in food technology, food hygiene, quality management and marine sustainability through continuous improvement. We certainly strive to delight customers with our tasty treats. Many of our products, like fish dumplings and seafood sticks have been widely accepted as one of the best in their categories both in the Singapore and overseas.

We are dedicated towards

Marine Sustainability Statement
At Li Chuan, the health of the ocean ecosystem is our utmost concern. Having a constant fish supply is the primary reason why we are still in business. We strongly believe that to sustain continual fish supplies, Li Chuan has a social responsibility and a part to contribute in maintaining the fish populations healthy.

Our surimi-based products are made primarily from the Thread Fin Bream (Nemipteridae), which are found in abundance along Vietnam coastline and are not currently, to the best of our knowledge, on any endangered or red rated listings.

One of our strategies is to work with various authorities, fisheries association, our customers and partners to educate our fisheries and create awareness on ocean ecosystems sustenance. Apart, we will work with academics to develop tools and methodologies to monitor the environmental or ecological impacts.
