Own culture sites and processing plant is producing mussels since 1999. Last harvest season 2011-2012 exports to Europe and Asia reached to 4500 MT with an FOB value of 10 million USD.
Frozen Product:
IQF cooked mussels (mitylus chilensis): sizes 100-200,150-200,200-300/kg. bulk carton packed in 10 kg. master carton with a blue plastic inner bag.Glaze:10% non compensated.
Half shell cooked mussels: size 40-60/kg.bulk carton packed in 10 kg.master carton with a blue plastic inner bag.Glaze:10% non compensated
Vac Pack cooked mussels: size 20-30 unds/lb in 10 lb master carton with 10 bags. of one pound each.
