Is a specialist processor, wholesaler and distributor of fresh Australian seafood, specialising in Southern Rock Lobster (Jasus Edwardsii). We have been operating for over 40 years and are recognized both in Australia and overseas as a reliable, proven supplier.

Vasiliki has been exporting live Southern Rock Lobster (Jasus Edwardsii) and King Crab for over 35 years and is export registered by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS).
Our lobsters and crabs are purchased directly from our extensive network of licensed fishermen, processed, then left to rest in our state of the art holding tanks until they are carefully export packed in 15kg net polystyrene boxes for our overseas clients.
Our comprehensive tank system enable us to provide our valued clients with a constant supply of all grades all year round.

Vasiliki is a wholesaler and processor, specializing in Southern Rock Lobster and King Crab – supplying to restaurants, catering companies and function centres Australia Wide.
Our lobsters and crabs are purchased directly from our extensive network of licensed fishermen, processed, then left to rest in our state of the art holding tanks until they are carefully prepared for delivery or collection.
