Ueushuk Fisheries Limited is 100% Innu owned. The 99 foot fishing vessel seen below is owned/operated by Ueushuk Fisheries Ltd and is used to fish Greenland halibut (Turbot) off the shores of Nunavut. Atlantic halibut and cod are fished in waters between Southern Newfoundland and the Islands of St.Pierre and Miquelon. The target is to harvest over 500 tonnes of Greenland halibut. Markets for our products include China, Taiwan and Vietnam, and the United States of America
