About us
Sea Food Ltd. was founded in 2002 in Burgas, Bulgaria. The main activity of the company is catching and processing of topshells from Black sea (known as Rapana Thomasiana, Rapana venosa, common name the veined rapa whelk or Asian rapa whelk) as well as fish processing and trading. In 2008 we built a brand new processing factory in Burgas, qualified in accordance with all European standards and registered as a producer in the EU under No.BG0213032EO. This investment was made in order to achieve the maximum quality for our products because our main goals are HIGH QUALITY and MAXIMUM HONESTY towards our partners.
From the very beginning of Sea Food Ltd. we have worked successfully with over 10 partners in Turkey, Greece and Romania. Over the past two years the company has developed very well in catching top shells and processing / trading with its meat and now we have partners in East Asia as well.
Our main goals are to be completely honest towards our longtime partners and to CREATE new partnerships with our high quality products and competitive prices.
Processing
– Over the past two years, Sea Food Ltd. main priority is catching of Black Sea top shells (known as Rapana Thomasiana) and processing their meat.
– The company owns own launches for catch of rapana. The top shells are caught only by professional divers. We have refrigerator trucks at every pier where our launches go, so we can immediately transport the top shells to our processing factory in Burgas. The factory intake of the top shells is 24/7.
– We hire only professionals. We have developed and follow very strictly the quality control procedure on the whole processing cycle. We can process up to two tons of top shell meat per working shift.
– We can offer to our partners high quality frozen top shell meat in cartoon boxes in 16 kg. /2 blocks, 8 kg each/.
Actual info
– Sea Food Ltd. is exporting its own products in 20” and 40” refrigerator containers from Port Burgas and Port Varna.
– Our top shell meat is a delicious and healthy food, rich in pure biological protein (23.8%) and with a great presence of microelements like zinc, sodium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus etc. Top shell meat is also rich in vitamins C, A, E, B6 & B12 groups, which are necessary for our vital functions.
