Management Desk
The company operation is controlled by a management committee, headed by Mr. Ashraf Hossain Masud, Managing Director and Mr. Abdul Hai, Executive Director along with all departmental head. They are well qualified and experienced Engineer, MSc in Microbiology, MSc in Marine Science, MSc in Zoology Fishing, Production Manager, Commercial Manager, Business Analyst and Chartered Accountant.

Mashud Fish Processing & Ice Complex Ltd. has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirement of “GLOBAL STANDARD FOR FOOD SAFETY” and issued “BRC” in 2011. Also the company has been issued “BS EN ISO 9001:2008” in 2010 for Processing, Selling, and Export of Fisheries Products.
HACCP & Quality Control
Approved HACCP system is working properly from harvesting to export as per the guideline of EU, USFDA & FIQC, Bangladesh. There is a modern, well equipped laboratory and Quality Control department under the supervision of HACCP trained personnel. Adequate monitoring, records keeping and product traceability data are maintained properly on regular basis.
