Our Chairman
Datuk Ng Lai Su @ Ng Song Chuan is the chairman whose is the highest office of an organised group such as a board, committee, or deliberative assembly. The person holding the office is typically elected or appointed by the members of the group. The chairman presides over meetings of the assembled group and conducts its business in an orderly fashion.

Established in 1988, Chin Chang Sdn Bhd is a globally integrated company with more than 20 years of experience in fresh frozen seafood supplies.
We maintain the highest quality of each product by using modernized equipment and qualified professional team. We are also committed to high standard and maintain a great level of professionalism in seafood manufacturing. In 2003, HACCP is awarded to us from the Ministry of Health Malaysia and we also received the certification from Malaysia JAKIM (Department of Islamic Development) as HALAL products. All products are classified under “HALAL”.
We offer premium value-added processed seafood plus marketing support services, such as private labeling and product quality assurance to assure our marketing and distributor links to all domestic area in Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Republic of China, Japan and others in hotel, restaurant, hypermarket and food catering services.
We ensure that all products by Chin Chang Sdn Bhd are of superior quality and stringent control is exercised to ensure the freshness is preserved.
