The factory is located in the downtown core of Tønsberg. Tønsberg is Norway’s oldest city and has a lot of history.
Seaman Seafood AS – Norwegian producer of smoked and marinated products, located in Tønsberg, Norway. Production takes place at the old-fashioned traditional way. Fillets hand are salted and smoked in ovens fired with bøkeflis.

Seaman Seafood manufactures and smoke on the gamledagse way. Here’s a photo of the three chip-fired smoke ovens ours. The ovens have a capacity of 1 ton per. smoking.

Seaman Seafood buy mostly pre-filleted fish, but we trim the fish, making it perfect for smoking and digging.
