Furthermore, we have a Quality team made up of technicians with a thorough knowledge of surimi, having received training in Japan, the country that invented surimi and is the biggest consumer in the world.

The manufacturing processes are controlled in accordance with the most stringent food safety requirements proposed by International Committees, and are certified in accordance with BRC, IFS standards, and we were the first company in the world to obtain ISO 22000 certification.
