XIAMEN SINOFROST co.,ltd is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province,P.R. China. Our company was established in 2004 but the management team has more than 19 years of experience about the international foodstuff business. Thanks to the very firm and friendly supports from our respectful clients and suppliers,our company has been growing steadily every year. Today XIAMEN SINOFROST co.,ltd is well-known as a very reliable professional supplier of the good quality foodstuff in China. We have the much experience about more than 100 different kinds of products and the different markets in the world . Many of our clients from the different countries are enjoying the happy and successful long-term cooperation with us. We have set up the long-term and very friendly cooperation relationships with more than 60 serious producers in more than 10 provinces of China. Therefore,when we receive the orders from our clients,we are able to select the best suitable producers to produce and pack for us according to their advantages.
Our very good relationships with the strong and reliable producers in the different provinces enables us to get enough good quality supply sources anytime anywhere to fulfill our contracts with the clients from all over the world successfully.
For every shipment,our well-trained QC (Quality Control) people are always working closely with the suppliers producers to supervise everything strictly “from the farms to the containers ” to satisfy our clients’ individual requirements.
To assure the food safety,we are only working closely with the serious producers who really have implemented the strict Foods Safety Systems. Now all of our supplier producers have the ISO,HACCP certificates. Most of them also have the BRC,AIB,IFS,KOSHER,HALAL and other third party audit certificates.
QUALITY SAFETY SYSTEM: “from the farms to the containers ”
1)Only the serious good producers who really have implemented the strict Foods Safety System can be approved as our Qualified Suppliers based on our yearly audit report. All our suppliers must be ISO, HACCP certified. For some products and some markets,they must also be BRC,AIB,IFS,KOSHER certified.
2)We have a well-trained QC Team. Our QC visit the producers in the different provinces very frequently . They check ,compare many producers and then select out the best ones of them as our long-term suppliers . Every year,we re-audit our current suppliers strictly and then decide which ones should continue and which ones should be replaced by the better new ones.
3)Our QC people are also required to go to the fields,talking with the growers or farmers to make sure that everything (i. e. seeds planting ,varieties selecting ,pesticides/drugs/medicines using,etc) should be really done properly from the very beginning. The QC should send the reports back to the company about the latest information of the weather,crop,harvest,and marketing,etc. By this way,we can help our clients always make the right decision at the right time.
4)Once we get the shipping orders from our clients,our QC people will be staying in our suppliers factories,working closely together with their management teams and the workers,supervising the whole processing till the final products to make sure that our products would be in full compliance with our clients’ individual requirements!!
